Con Dao Islands, Part 2

There's not much I can share about this project... yet! But following the feedback from Part One of the Con Dao video series, with Dave Fox (www.globejotting.com) I'm in the process of putting together a second part. Depending on how much interest Dave and I can gauge about this issue, we are considering a longer-form documentary project about this fascinating place.

Staff Photographer @ SSIS

For a brief period of about four months, SSIS was without a staff photographer. We loved Mr. Thiet, but he had moved onto different career paths (including more video) and we had not yet found a suitable replacement. So it fell to me to fill the void. I have worked on and off as a professional photographer over the years, and the chance to get out there with the lovely Canon 5D was actually quite exciting for me. These are just a few of the shots I got off, before we finally got me back to my regular gig and hired the wonderful Mr. Tung.
